The Knotts-Engelman Tree

Could these pictures document the Pennsylvania Champion chestnut tree?
In 1996, this tree stood 90 feet tall and was 19 inches in diameter (dbh).
In 2003, the tree still stood at 90 feet, but was up to 20.5 inches in diameter.
