Note:: Most of the chapter newsletters
are published on-line as PDF files and, often, the file sizes are large.
In order to open and view a PDF file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader,
which you may download, for FREE,

Also, if you click on a newsletter, because the files are generally
so large, it takes a loooong time for it to load directly in your browser.
Your humble website editor recommends that you right-click the link
to the newsletter, download the PDF to your harddrive, and then open
directly from there. This will save you time!! Just let me know if you
